Evergreen Receptionist Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Evergreen Receptionist service (“Service”) provided by Automation Invasion (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the subscribing client (“you” or “Client”).
1. Service Overview
The Evergreen Receptionist is an AI-powered virtual receptionist built into our Dedicated Marketing Platform. The Service includes custom call handling, lead capture, emergency routing, CRM integration (when applicable), and after-hours automation support.

Billing & Fees

A one-time startup fee of $299 is required at the time of signup.

Monthly service is $299/month for after-hours coverage only (evenings, weekends, holidays).

If full-time (24/7 or regular business hour) receptionist coverage is requested, the monthly rate is $499/month minimum.
All payments are billed automatically on a 30-day recurring cycle starting on the date of signup. Payment is collected via the card on file through our secure billing provider (Stripe).
3. Usage Limits and Overages
Your plan includes a base allotment of call and SMS usage. If your usage exceeds $50/month (approximately 1,000 texts or 2,000 mins) in combined SMS and call traffic (based on cost to us), you will be billed for overages at the following rates:

You will be invoiced for overages monthly and payment is due upon receipt.
4. System Limitations
The Evergreen Receptionist is powered by a third-party infrastructure (GoHighLevel). While we provide and maintain the service, we are not liable for any system outages, missed leads, or data loss due to third-party failures or service interruptions.
Automation Invasion will make reasonable efforts to assist with any issues and provide support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via email or by contacting support.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in a billing period.

You will retain access to your receptionist until the end of the paid term.
6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for forwarding your phone lines to your dedicated Evergreen Receptionist number during designated times.

You must inform us of any routing preferences, emergency contacts, or updates to your handling instructions.

Failure to maintain accurate or up-to-date preferences may result in call handling issues for which we are not liable.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If pricing changes are required due to increased platform costs (including those from GoHighLevel), you will receive at least 30 days’ notice before new rates take effect.
